A Visit By a Well-Known Germany Sealing Company

On Aug 8th, DSH Seals have received our customers from Germany, they work for one of the world's largest seal supplier, so it's our great chance to meet them.

They arrived at our company at afternoon, after a short welcome reception, we started out factory tours. Firstly, we went to our PTFE seals raw material warehouse, then mixing room, laboratory, turnover warehouse, pressing workshop, sintering correction area, CNC production area, Semi-product warehouse, testing and packing area, finally the testing room. During the factory tours, they often mentioned the professional matters, but kept seriously taking notes, such as brands of PTFE seals raw material, and how to store, how to control the humidity and temperature, colors types, formula ratio of PTFE seals, how many employees and machines we have, production capacity per month/year, testing methods and so on.

To sum up, they were quite satisfy with our company, because we have strictly requirements for our process from raw materials to testing, we are experienced PTFE seals manufacturer so that they have confident in us, they pointed out we should perfect our company from two aspects.
