Polytetrafluoroethylene Hydraulic Seals

Hydraulic Seals have different types, like O rings, U rings, Y rings, Quad rings and so on, general material is polytetrafluoroethylene, also know as Teflon, is a kind of synthetic polymer material. It has high performance, resistance to high temperature 250 degrees ~260 degrees, can reach 300 degrees in a short time, can be used under a long time at 250 degrees. Resistance to low temperature of -190 degrees Celsius, widely temperature range of work.

Polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE is widely used in a hydraulic mechanical system, used for dynamic seals and static seals.

If the working pressure is higher than 10 Mpa, there will be a gasket in the pressure side, PTFE gasket, Nylon gasket, POM gasket and so on.
