The working principle and application of V Seals.
V Seals mainly used in reciprocating motion of the piston rod is special seal, hydraulic cylinder piston, there are two reasons for it,
1.Frictional resistance, V ring of frictional resistance is larger than the Y ring.
2.Performance, natural sealed performance is reliable.
3.Working life, compared with other seals under the working life is long (according to the actual situation).
1.Working pressure: V seals high pressure reach > 60MPa
V seals working speed range:
Rubber NBR: Production V Seals by NBR material working speed of 0.02 0.3 M/s
