How to reduce friction of Seal rings? DSH Seals will tell you as the following four aspects.
1. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) cladding method. There is a PTFE film layer solidly coated the o-ring, on the inside or outside the surface of the surface.
2. Coating method, the rubber seal surface coated with PTFE, coating methods are spraying, electrophoresis and so on.
3. Surface oxidation method, with fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine and other metal oxide treatment of rubber surface, so that the friction coefficient of rubber seals greatly reduced , abrasion resistance greatly improved.
4.Combination, rubber parts plus a bowl-shaped or concave polytetrafluoroethylene plastic sleeve, in order to reduce the friction.
