Abrasive wear phenomenon of O ring in hydraulic system.
When the sealed gap has relative movement, dust and ash particles in the working environment are adhered to the surface of the piston rod, it will bring into the hydraulic cylinder with the reciprocating movement and oil film of the piston rod, and then become abrasive particle that intrude the surface of O ring. It will accelerate the abrasion of O ring, as a result, lead to loss of sealing performance. In order to avoid this situation, install a dust ring at the extension shaft end of the reciprocating seal.
