Bad characteristics of sealing ring products

1. Impurities: the material is not fused, the product shows different colors or obvious foreign matter.

2. Stomium: there are obvious cracks on the inner and outer surfaces of the sealing ring products or other surfaces.

3. Degumming: seal products are separated from the skeleton and can not be bonded together.

4. Lack of material: there is no obvious outline of the sealing ring products, or there is not enough glue injection in some parts or obvious traces of rubber material flow.

5. Air bubble: the surface of the sealing ring product is obviously raised and spherical.

6. Flow marks: the surface of the sealing product has obvious lines and the surface is bright and linear.

7. Mold dirty: the surface of sealing products haven’t obviously enough finish.
