The section of Vee packing seal is V type, it’s also one of the lip seals. The device consist of three parts: bearing rings, sealing ring, pressing ring. The standard angle of Vee packing seal is 90 degree, it will use 60 degree in the special working environment. Bearing ring is an important part of Vee packing seal, the section is thick and strong, accurate size, concave angle and V-ring are same (90 degree) or slightly larger, so the sealing ring was stable.

The effect of pressing ring is to form an initial amount of compression for Vee packing seal. The sealing lip of the sealing ring is fully contacted with the sealing surface, and the Vee packing seal can be adjusted.
