DSH Seals staff receive summer cooling drinks and Hot Temperature Allowance from May to October every year.
Meanwhile, DSH Seals also actively choose various kinds of preventative measures for cooling, we install air-conditioning and cooling fans and others. DSH Seals also strictly control the working overtime, reduce working operations under the high temperature period, require our staff to increase their rest time, in order to make sure about staffs’ safety in production and keep good health.
