V ring is one of the all lip seals with long history. V ring is widely used. Compared with other lip seals, the main features of v ring:

5. Can be used for low pressure (5MPa), low speed (3m / min) rotation.

6. No need to prevent extrusion when using under high pressure.

7. Frictional resistance is large, hard to adjust, large installation space.

High working pressure of V ring is more than 60MPa, Suitable working temperature: -30...80℃; Working speed: NBR V rings is 0.02-0.3m/s; Fabric V rings is 0.005-0.5m/s. It can be used for various forms of seals for high pressure hydraulic equipment, reciprocating pistons for hydraulic machines and piston rod movement.
