1. The hydraulic circuit should be relieved of pressure before disassembling the hydraulic cylinder. Otherwise, when the tubing joint connected to the cylinder is loosened, the high-pressure oil in the circuit will be quickly ejected. When the hydraulic circuit is relieved, first loosen the hand wheel or pressure regulating screw at the overflow valve to relieve the pressure oil, then cut off the power or cut off the power source to stop the hydraulic device.



2. When removing, prevent damage to the top thread of the piston rod, the thread of the port and the surface of the piston rod, the inner wall of the cylinder liner, etc. In order to prevent the elongated members such as the piston rod from being bent or deformed, the spacer support is applied to balance.



3. Disassemble in order. Due to the different structure and size of the various hydraulic cylinders, the disassembly sequence is slightly different. Generally, the oil in the two chambers of the cylinder should be drained, then the cylinder head should be removed, and finally the piston and piston rod should be removed. When disassembling the cylinder head of the hydraulic cylinder, special tools should be used for the key or snap ring of the inner card type connection. It is forbidden to use the flat shovel; for the flange type end cover, it must be screwed out, no hammering or hard smashing is allowed. . When the piston and the piston rod are difficult to extract, do not force it out. You should first find out the cause and then disassemble it.



4. Before and after disassembly, try to create conditions to prevent the parts of the hydraulic cylinder from being contaminated by dust and impurities around. For example, when disassembling, try to carry out in a clean environment; after disassembly, all parts should be covered with plastic cloth, not covered with cotton cloth or other work cloth.



5. After the cylinder is removed, carefully check to determine which parts can continue to be used, which parts can be repaired and used, and which parts must be replaced.



6. Parts must be carefully cleaned before assembly.


7. Install the seals everywhere. 1 When installing the O-ring, do not pull it to the extent of permanent deformation, and do not roll it while setting it, otherwise it may leak oil due to the distortion. 2 When installing the Y-ring and the V-ring, pay attention to the installation direction to avoid oil leakage due to the installation. For the Y circle, the lip should deal with the oil chamber with pressure; in addition, the Yx type seal should also pay attention to distinguish whether it is for the shaft or the hole, and do not install the wrong. The V-ring is composed of a different shape of the support ring, the sealing ring and the pressure ring. When the pressure ring is pressed against the sealing ring, the support ring can make the sealing ring form a shape and seal, and the opening of the sealing ring should face the pressure oil during installation. Cavity; when adjusting the pressure ring, it should be limited to no oil leakage, and should not be pressed too tightly to prevent the sealing resistance from increasing. 3 If the sealing device is matched with the sliding surface, it should be applied with the right amount of hydraulic oil. 4 The removed O-ring and dust ring should be completely replaced.
