Growing with DSH Seals, celebrate Festival together.

Last week, we have sent the moon cakes and gifts to our customers, they were happy to receive them, our friendship is being closer and closer.

Administrative department also had festival gifts plans for our internal employees. On Monday, each of us got 100RMB, a box of moon cake and apples. What’s more, we will have a company gathering on this Saturday, a wonderful dinner and some relaxing entertainments activities are waiting for us.

We regard all the employees as "capital", we realizes “establish a century enterprise” goals is through them, so we have a flexible and effective incentive mechanism for employee, we also get a high degree of loyalty and sense of identity from them. Let me illustrate, we got a big order last August, 10,000pcs PTFE seal, sealing rings, we plan to finish them this order within 2 weeks, our Pressing and CNC staffs made joint efforts, we have achieved full success.
