Improve maintenance skills and On-site training at DSH Seals

On Sep 6, our Press workshop pointed out that 60T 2# Oil Press has a problem in pressure maintaining, which caused our pressing process can not work normally. We considered that the cost of maintain it by outsourcing was a bit expensive so as the period length was too long. Happily, our experienced staff formed a group on their own initiative and took the task of maintaining it by ourselves. Finally, we maintained it successfully with joint efforts. 

All of our sales and merchandiser also viewed the maintain process, we knew more applications of PTFE seals,wear rings, rod seals tc, how an impressive on-site training it was.

Other good news, the outstanding contributors have got cash bonus as an added incentive.
