DSH Seals attaches great importance on Employee Welfare.

Since our establishment till today, we can achieve our goals successfully on time or ahead of time, those are all with joint efforts by our staff. DSH Seals is a people - oriented enterprise, our administrative department decides to organize health check - ups, but our staffs don’t need to pay for the fees, our company will reimburse it. 

This activity aims to build our employee's personal health records, let each staff have a comprehensive understanding of their own body condition, to ascertain an individual’s ability to fit into our work place, at the same time, we implement the Cares for Employees' management.

On Sep 17th, the hospital doctor came with their health bus to our company, it was more easier and quicker for us, our executive staff also did a lot of preparations for the check – ups, they sent Health Examination Form to each of us, and sorted out the inspection results feedback by the hospital, all our check - up results are within the normal range, finally keep all the reports on files.
