General introduction of TPM/NBR/POM Hydraulic Piston Compact Seals

KDAS Seals consist of three parts in different materials, elastomer, guide rings and support rings.

The elastomer part has a special cross section shape, it it a dynamic seal, three lips tightly contact the cylinder wall. The middle lip relatively plays the main role as sealing, the other twos as auxiliary sealing effect. The bottom parts tightly contact the piston groove bottom, the contact surface is a bit big.

The support was assembly close to the elastomer part, play positioning role, to support the elastomer part and in avoid to prevent radial sealing gap.

The guide ring work as guidance and absorption of axial force, it help elastomer part to release pressure.

KDAS Seals material from inside to outside, elastomer ring, support rings, guide rings, the hardness will increase.
