Combination seals means several components combine together. DSH Seals will tell you what is Combination Sealing Washer.

Combination Sealing Washer consists of rubber ring and metal ring, which bond together through vulcanizing. Applied to screw threads sealing and sealing o-ring linked with flange, the o-ring consist consists of a metal ring and a rubber sealing gasket. The metal ring is anti-corrosive painted and the rubber ring is made from oil resistant HNBR rubber and fluororubber.
