How to Install Sealing Gasket?

Sealing gasket is applied for sealing the internal and external in machines, equipment and pumps where there flows liquids. DSH Seals will tell you how in install sealing gasket in several steps.

Notes for Installing:

1.Franc and gasket should be clean before installing;

2.Not allow scoring, breakage and corrosion on franc and gasket;

3.Control strictly the pressing force to ensure pressure uniform when pressing the gasket;

4.Safety tool must be use when changing or installing, avoiding sparks produced by inflammable media in pumps;

5.Sealant should be daubed on the interface between franc and gasket when the temperature is above 200℃;

6.Binding the gasket on the smooth sealing surface and ensure the diameter of the pumps are concentric.
