Is Hydraulic Seal a Radial Seal or an Axial Seal? DSH Seals

To let everyone know hydraulic equipment better, DSH Seals will firstly analyze the basic structure of hydraulic cylinder.

Hydraulic cylinder,the executive component of hydraulic system,transforms hydraulic energy into mechanical energy,making the straight reciprocating motion(or oscillating motion). Thus, hydraulic cylinder apply reciprocating seal(dynamic seal). The basic structure is simple, consisting of cylinder tube,cylinder cover, piston, rob, seal device, buffer and exhaust.

1. Hydraulic seal is a radial seal while motor pump is an axial seal used for rotary seal.

2. Hydraulic seal is used for piston, such as main oil seal, guidance tape, and o-ring etc.

3. Rob seal includes wiper and type U ring etc.

4. Except hydraulic seal, metallurgical industry also apply V-shaped water seal in big sizes and fabric oil seal, which has a good market prospect.
