Analyses and Solutions of Leakage of Oil Seal

When installing and using the oil seal, leakage may appear, DSH Seals tell you some common reasons and solutions.

1.Scoring on the rob and wearing severely.

 If the scoring is not deep, use oilstone to polish it until being smooth.

2.Oil seal is turnup.

 Use specialized installed tools.

3.Away from the center.

  Find the reasons and replace another oil seal.

4.Spring damage.

  Replace another spring.

5.Framework damage.

  Replace another oil seal.

6.Lip damage and the rip is down.

      Keep the lubricant clean and replace another oil seal.

7.The deflection of rob is over large.

  Thicken the main rob.

8. Rubber is aging.

       Reduce the temperature and keep lubricative.

9.Poor assemblage.

  Use protecting jacket to protect the lip of the oil seal.
