Introduction of O-shaped Compact Seal

O-shaped compact seal is consisted of a low-friction filled PTFE slide ring and a rubber Oring. Oring provides enough pretightening force that compensate the abrasion of slide ring. PTFE slide ring has small friction coefficient, which is closed between dynamic and static. Thus O-shaped compact seal is prefect for reciprocating motion under high speed or low speed, and rob of cylinder controlled by high pressure system. Adopting two pairs of step compact seals can achieve no leakage.

1. O-shaped compact seal has a simple structure, and a good sealing performance as its self-sealing.

2. O-shaped compact seal can be installed conveniently, not only because its structure and installed parts are simple, but also it is standardized.

3. O-shaped compact seal is applied widely, as long as it is produced with appropriate rubber materials and design, it can applied to oil, water, air, coal gas and other chemical media. The temperature is －60℃～+220℃. The pressure can reach 1500Kg/cm2 when using with strengthen back-up ring.

4. O-shaped compact seal is various, the dimensions and grooves are standardized.
