The Installation of V-shaped Seals Applied to Hydraulic Machine

Good day! DSH Seals tell you how to install a V-shaped Seal.

1. Checking and Preparing special tools, common tools, lubricant ,hydraulic oil and clean silk etc.

2. If depending on the pressing force monitored by spring, the coil spring must be clean and be installed into the sleeve before installing V-shaped seals.

3. In order to reduce the help force, the V-shaped seals can coated with lubricant, and the porthole special tool should be coated with hydraulic oil.

4. Put the V-shaped seals steadily into the sleeve under uniform force.

5. During the whole process, everything must be clean, do not allow any dust or waste enter the seals.
