Reasons for the breakage of the dynamic seal of rubber seals

Due to the frictional heating of the end of the rubber seal, when the cold medium (such as the principle of thermal expansion and contraction) into, the friction rubber seal ring caused by uneven heating, or the end of the liquid film will break the dry rubber seal ring between the end of friction. 

It causes that the sealing ring surface become so rough and accelerates wear. Even lead to cracks in the hard wear-resistant sealing materials such as carbides and superhard alloys, finally, leading to the rupture of the dynamic seal in the rubber sealing ring.

After many understandings by engineers, there are two reasons that lead to the whole phenomenon. First, the internal structure of the circulating water heat exchanger tube bundle of the rubber auxiliary system is serious, and it cannot guarantee the supply of machine-sealing flushing water, resulting in the increasing in the temperature of the mechanical seal face. One is that there are many magazines such as recirculating water side sludge, which makes the circulating water clogged, and thus cannot cool the flushing water.
