Installation of O ring requirement.

Check the following items before installing the O ring.
1. Whether the horn is processed as the drawing, and sharp edges are chamfered or rounded.
2. Whether the inner diameter is without burr, the surface is no pollution or not.
3. Whether the seal and part is coated with grease or lubricant. (make sure the media compatibility of
elastomer, recommend to use sealing liquid to lubricate)
4.Not allow to use lubricant filled with solid additives, like Mos2,zinc sulfide.
1. Use tool without sharp edges.
2. Guaranteed O ring not twisted, can not over stretched O ring.
3. Must use the auxiliary tool to install O ring, and make sure the correct position.
4. For the O ring bonded by the sealing strip, not allow to stretch outside.
1. After stretch the O ring, through screw, spline, key groove must use installation mandrel,
this mandrel can be made of soft and smooth metal or plastic, burr and sharp edges is not allowed.
2. When install and press screw tightly, should tighten the screw symmetrically, do not screw tightly as the direction sequence.
