Notices and Requirements of Installation of Oil Seals Applied to Coal-winning Machines

DSH Seals tell you notices and requirements when installing oil seals applied to coal-winning machine.

1.The surface of shaft should cover with sealing media or lubricating grease before installing. When installing dust oil seals, lubricating grease should be cover enough between two lips.

      2.The oil seals can not be skew when entering shaft,the flat surface of the lip should be perpendicular to the rotary rob.

      3.Keep the oil seals the right direction to avoid the lip being  reversed and the spring dropping. When installing into the shaft covered with key groove or multiple keys, special tools need adopting.

     4.The lip and the surface of the rob can not appear rough edge or scar.

     5.When using back-flow oil seals, the structures should be select by the movement of the rob( clockwise,anticlockwise or two-way movement).
