Multiple lips reciprocating rubber seal refers to compound rubber seals with over 2 lips.

Depending on different conditions, the section structures are different. Most are made from NBR and fabric. NBR and fabric can be molded together or vulcanized to a combination after molded separately. The sealing surfaces cover with several lips and lubricating grooves, while help the lip remain some lubrication to release  friction and increase heat radiation. When operating, a plastic back up ring is installed up and down of the seal, in order to prevent the seal entering into the gap under high pressure.
