1. Wiper seals for hydraulic cylinder seals

Installed on the inside of the hydraulic cylinder end cap, the main seal lip is exposed to the air, and the sealing medium is dirt, lime sand, rainwater, frost and other dirt, to prevent external dust, rainwater enters the sealing mechanism, and affects the viscosity of the hydraulic oil. 2. Piston rod seals for hydraulic cylinder seals

Installed in the dust seal of the hydraulic cylinder end cover inside, the role is to prevent the leakage of hydraulic oil, one of the main pressure original, one-way pressure, under high pressure, directly contact with hydraulic oil. It is required that the pressure holding performance in the static state is good, the pressure in the campaign is high, the sealing performance is better, the friction factor is small, and the anti-extrusion ability is strong.

The piston rod seal has many cross-section forms and materials, and different cross-section forms and materials are selected according to different working environments.

3. Supporting ring and guide tape for hydraulic cylinder seals

A. Supporting ring

Installed in the hydraulic cylinder end cap inside, the main role is to support the piston rod; to prevent the piston rod is not vertical force to the rod seal caused by uneven pressure, poor sealing effect and short service life.

B. Guide tape

Installed on the piston, the main role is to guide the piston to make a straight line movement, to prevent the piston from being deflected due to uneven force resulting in internal leakage and reducing the service life of the seal.

The service life of the guide tape and the support ring directly affects the using effect and the service life of the piston seal and the piston rod seal. Therefore, the requirements for the guide tape and the support ring are relatively high, such as small friction coefficient, high hardness, and long service life.

4. Piston seals for hydraulic cylinder seals

Installed on the piston, the main role is to seal the gap between the piston and the cylinder, to prevent leakage of hydraulic oil. The piston seal is the main oil seal in the hydraulic cylinder. The two-way pressure is one of the most important seals that the hydraulic cylinder can withstand. The main requirements for the piston seals are good sealing effect, good holding pressure effect in the static state, strong pressure bearing capacity during the movement, anti-extrusion, low friction coefficient, long service life and so on.

5. Static seals for hydraulic cylinder seals

Installed in the outer circle of end cap and the contact position of cylinder wall is the end cap static seal, installed between the piston and the piston rod is a piston static seal.

They are all static seals in the hydraulic cylinder. The static seal of the end cap prevents the hydraulic oil from leaking from the gap between the end cap and the cylinder, and the pressure is on one side. The anti-extrusion capability is required and the sealing effect is good. The seal is a two-way pressure, to prevent the hydraulic oil from leaking from between the piston and the piston rod, requiring strong anti-extrusion ability and good sealing effect.

Common static seals are O-rings and retaining rings.

6. Rotary seals for hydraulic cylinder seals

Installed on the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor shaft, to prevent the working medium from leaking outside the housing along the shaft and the external dust reacts into the body. The ability of a typical oil seal to withstand pressure is poor, typically 0.2-0.3 MPa, fluororubber pressure oil seal withstand capability 0.25-0.7 MPa, maximum pressure of medium-high pressure oil seals are 40 MPa.
